As an admin, you may need to manage multiple platforms depending on how many you have access to. This guide walks you through how to seamlessly switch between platforms within your admin dashboard.
Admins typically switch between platforms to:
Manage multiple Connectrs accounts (e.g., Early Careers, Talent Pooling, Preboarding, etc)
Review platform-specific metrics
How to switch platforms
When viewing your admin dashboard, select the option 'Switch platform' in the top left-hand corner.
Once selected, a pop-up will appear displaying all other platforms you have access to. From here, selecting another Connectr platform will open a new browser tab.
If you want to go back to the previous platform, simply choose the original browser tab you were on.
I can't see the platform I want to visit
If the Connectr you were expecting to see when switching platforms doesn't appear as an option for you, please reach out to your Customer Success Manager so they can check that you have the correct admin access.
