On the 'relationships' tab you will see all current and previous confirmed matches. There is however no function to remove a previous match from this screen. To close a relationship, we recommend having this conversation with your mentor so you are both aware of each others intentions. This is also good opportunity to reflect on your experiences and provide honest feedback.

🚩 If for any reason, you do not feel comfortable speaking with the Mentor again, you are not obliged to do so at all. You could also send the Mentor a brief note through the Connectr chat thanking them for their time and informing them that you have decided not to proceed.

If you had a successful relationship, staying in touch can benefit you both. Now is a brilliant time to schedule a future 'check-in' so you can continue to nurture your professional relationship.

Your mentoring journey may be over for now, but things change or you may have different opportunities which mean a new mentoring relationship is helpful. We hope you have many positive mentoring relationships to come.
