📌 As different companies use Connectr in different ways, some names, colours, and labels you see may be different to the ones in this article. If you can't find something we are referring to, please send us a message and we'll direct you to the specific location on your Connectr site.
Applying through Connectr
Most companies using Connectr will have a 'Jobs' section available. You can find this in the menu at the top of the site (or via the hamburger menu button on mobile). See the example below 👇
Here you can view jobs and opportunities available, and how to apply for them. Some jobs will have an 'Apply' button which will take you through to an external application portal.
💡 Application portals are not affiliated with Connectr, so we cannot offer support on how to use these sites. If you get stuck with an application, come back to Connectr and try reaching out to a mentor from the company to help you.
My Connectr doesn't have a 'Jobs' section
There can be a couple of reasons why this isn't available on the Connectr you are using:
The company may not have any vacancies or opportunities right now. Many companies post their jobs within a certain window, try checking the 'About' page for your Connectr or ask a mentor working for the company about when jobs will be available.
'Jobs' might be called something else, look in the menu for other options for example it might be called 'Opportunities' or 'Internships'. If you're still not sure, try reaching out to one of the company mentors to find out.
The company is not promoting jobs through Connectr, try asking one of the company mentors for a link to their application or careers website.
👋 Don't forget, mentors are usually existing employees working at the company and are there to help you with these types of questions. You can find a list of available mentors via the 'Mentors' section, it's completely free to use this feature, and does not affect your application.
