How to Create a Meeting with a Mentor/Mentee?

  1. Once you have a confirmed match with a Mentee or Mentor, Click ‘Relationships’ on the top menu.

  2. Go to your chosen Mentee/Mentor and click ‘View relationship’

  3. Click ‘Create meeting'

  4. Fill out all ‘Meeting details’ tabs

  5. Under ‘How To Meet’ you have the option of: in person, phone or video conferencing. Users can discuss best method for video meeting, whether this be MS Teams, Zooms or other video meeting software.

  6. Click next. Review meeting details and finish by clicking ‘Schedule meeting’.

  7. Meetings will then be displayed on your Homepage and you will receive a calendar invite to your email (as will your recipient)
