This article covers how you can use Connectr's 'Quick Answers' feature to give mentees fast, clear responses to common, transactional questions.
What are 'Quick Answers'?
The 'Quick Answers' feature allows mentors to choose from prewritten responses to frequently asked questions and send them directly to mentees within the messaging section on the Connectr platform. This helps save mentors time by eliminating the need to repeat the same response to multiple mentees with the same question. Instead, mentors’ time can be better used for having meaningful conversations and offering personalised support when needed.
How to use 'Quick Answers'
When a mentee sends you a message, the 'New' button will appear in the far-left corner of the text box as shown in the screenshot below.
Once selected, a selection of predefined questions will appear on the right of your screen.
By selecting 'View all quick answers', you will be shown a preview of each question and answer before you decide to choose one. When you're ready, go back to the quick answers and choose the one you feel best answers the mentee's question.
The 'Quick Answer' has to be sent alongside a complimenting personalised response like shown in the screenshot below.
